Woven Vessels

A collaboration of two artists and two mediums. Beautifully woven by Robin Hall and wheel-thrown by me, these woven vessels are exquisite works of art. I love what clay and reed become together. The clay are reed are both natural elements, coming from the earth. Woven together, these vessels represent the connectivity between our land and our hand as we throw and weave together. Whenever she finishes her weavings and brings woven vessels back, I find myself sneaking to my studio, just to peek at these bespoke woven vessels.
